Hotel Joya - Benidorm

The 3 star rated Hotel Joya is situated around 800 metres from the Playa Levante beach, in the popular resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain.

The hotel is approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished in the winter of 2014, the modern Hotel Joya has a total of 133 twin guest rooms, which are built over 7 floors and set amidst Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Joya also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
