The 2 star rated Hotel Camposol is situated around 200 metres from the Playa Poniente beach, in the lively resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain. The hotel is approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1972 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Hotel Camposol has a total of 130 guest rooms, including 120 standard twin rooms and a further 10 singles, which are built over 6 floors and set amidst almost 300m2 of sun terraces, around a central pool area. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers, parasols and hammocks.
