Hotel Agua Azul - Benidorm

Part of the Sun Confort Group of hotels, the 4 star rated Hotel Agua Azul is situated around 400 metres from the Playa Levante beach, in the popular resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain.

The hotel is approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1972 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2016, the modern Hotel Agua Azul has a total of 145 guest rooms, including 132 standard twin rooms and a further 13 singles, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst a Mediterranean style garden and sun terrace, overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults with spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Agua Azul also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the Sun Confort Group high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel Agua Azul has been granted the internationally renowned Qualitur Distinction award by the Valencian Agency of Tourism, which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
