The 4 star rated Gran Hotel Delfin has an enviable beach front location, in the exclusive La Cala district of the cosmopolitan resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain.

The hotel is approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and 2km from both the Terra Mitica theme park, and the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1963 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Gran Hotel Delfin has a total of 92 guest rooms, including 71 standard twin rooms, 15 singles, 1 Suite and a further 5 Junior Suites, which are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 7,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Playa de Poniente beach.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, refrigerator and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals with complimentary high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
