The apartments are approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990, the modern Vista Mar complex has a total of 80 one bedroom self catering apartments, accommodating up to 4 people, which are built over 20 floors, and set amidst a spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a number of Superior air conditioned apartments are also available and all guest rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals and a comfortable lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
