The 2 key rated Primavera Loix Apartments are situated around 700 metres from the Playa Levante beach, in the popular resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain. The apartments are approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1994, the modern Primavera Loix complex has a total of 70 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 17 floors, and set amidst a spacious Mediterranean style garden and sun terrace, around a large central pool area. All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all apartments are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a comfortable lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
