Gran Hotel Bali - Benidorm

The 4 star rated Gran Hotel Bali is situated around 400 metres from the Poniente beach, in the La Cala district of the cosmopolitan resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain.

The hotel is approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and 2km from both the Terra Mitica theme park and the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2002, the magnificent Gran Hotel Bali is recognised as being the tallest build in Spain, boasting a total of 776 guest rooms, including 764 standard twin rooms and a further 12 luxury suites, which are distributed between a 43 storey and 186 metre high main building and an adjacent 19 storey tower, all of which are then set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, high speed ADSL internet connection, safety deposit box available for rental, refrigerator and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, 10 guest rooms at the Gran Hotel Bali have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Gran Hotel Bali also offers the use of several large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, including the "Crystal Palace" room which has the capacity to seat 1,000 people, all of which are fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Gran Hotel Bali also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre, which features a cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and massage treatments.

The Gran Hotel Bali also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the high standards of customer care and management systems, the Valencian Agency of Tourism has awarded the Gran Hotel Bali the internationally renowned certificate of "Qualitur Distinction", which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
