El Faro Apartments - Benidorm

The 2 key rated El Faro Apartments are situated around 25 metres from the Playa Poniente beach, in the popular resort of Benidorm on the south coast of Spain.

The apartments are approximately 65km east of the Alicante International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1991 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern El Faro complex has a total of 45 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 21 floors, and set amidst a spacious Mediterranean style garden and sun terrace, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and magnifying mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, all rooms are provided with a maid service every 3 days undertaking a change of towels and bed linen.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The El Faro Apartments also provides evening entertainment for guests in the lounge-cafeteria, with live performances, weekly karaoke and bingo evenings.
